Description of the stone: Selas marble is highly durable, scratch-resistant, and has very low water absorption. Its natural translucency makes it ideal for backlight applications, adding depth and luxury in every architectural design. Resistant to frost and sunlight, Selas Marble is also suitable for outdoor use. Available in three different hues:
Selas Grey (see on top) has a subtle, light grey shade that exudes simplicity and luxury. Its neutral tone makes it ideal for offices, lobbies, and open-space designs where a simple and contemporary feel is desired.
Selas Pink (see below) is an exquisite marble with a warm, soft pink shade that adds a touch of elegance to any space. Whether used in hotels, high-end retail spaces or residential projects, its unique colour creates a sense of warmth and exclusivity.

Peculiarities of the stone: Selas Marble is a high-quality calcitic marble with a crystalline structure. Composed mainly of calcite (CaCO3), it is classified as a metamorphic rock, being derived from the recrystallisation of limestone rocks under conditions of high pressure and temperature in the Earth’s interior, before coming back to the mountain’s surface over millions of years.
