Update: Levantina’s stand at Marmomacc 2015 (Hall 9, C 12) (see below) was designed by architect Héctor Ruiz Velázquez from Puerto Rico. By using „human and constructible lines that are very close to our roots“, he wanted to make the brand easy to remember.
Cheyenne granite (above) and Negro Canfranc marble are two stones which Spanish company Levantina has just introduced to the market. The black color with elegant veins gives architects the material to build distinguished and modern interior spaces.
We selected some of the stones and show them as slabs and in use.
Levantina is a Spanish enterprise with world-wide activity including 40 quarries, 8 factories and 28 distribution centers. The Crema Marfil implemented in building the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was retrieved from the Monte Coto quarry in the Spanish province of Alicante. All in all the enterprise boasts some 200 types of natural stone in their program, among them local marble and granites from Brazil. It exports to 110 countries across the European Union, America, the Middle East and Asia.
