Hiroyuki Asakawa (b. 1969) is a Japanese sculptor and academic with a Master’s degree in Sculpture from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. His elegant and playful works are partly inspired by mathematics. For Asakawa, mathematics possesses beauty, and he seeks to convey that beauty, along with a sense of fun, in his sculptures.Hiroyuki Asakawa.Hiroyuki Asakawa.
