Briefly noted

(September 2013) Moscow’s ExpoStone Trade Fair (June 25th-28th) took place for the 14th time this year and accommodated 359 exhibitors from 19 countries on a surface of 11,000 m². Russian companies made up 41% of the exhibitors. Brazil, Italy, India, Turkey and China chose joint venture displays. The Russian market has a particular affinity for exotic material. Some 30 companies presented funeral products.  

Musical Instruments made of Alabaster by Italian artist Giorgio Voldetta include flutes, electric guitars and even a battery of drums.
